Child Development Services Androscoggin County is responsible for ensuring identification of children with disabilities, who are age birth through five, and reside in Androscoggin County. CDS - AC screens, evaluates and coordinates early intervention and early childhood special education services. CDS - AC accepts referrals from parents, physicians, childcare providers and other community agencies.
